Sept 11 2008
The Acanac connection went down at approx. 3:30pm.
Called tech support and waited was thirteenth in line.
Finally got a tech fairlly quickly too.
Was told should be back up within 40minutes Bell was working on it.
Asked regarding Martin returning my call from two days ago...checked my phone number for ticket.
Was disconnected from the call by your side without reason.
Connected and came back online approx. 4:20pm Sept 11 2008
I know for certain that Sympatico was still online during this outage.
