Hi, Ken (MrAmericanada)
Writing to tell you how very grateful and appreciative I am for all the work you have done. You definitely are a blessing! 
This man would and will go out of his way to help anyone and whats shocking to some (my mom too) is that he helps graciously and asks for nothing in return. Almost nobody will do something for nothing, but this great man does and he always has. I have known Ken for years. When I resided in Barrie Ont., he would come to my home and fix anything that was wrong with my computer even if it was minor. Now that I live wayyy up north (9hrs away) Ken still goes out of his way to help in anyway he can. I had called and emailed Ken out of frustration as my tower was destroyed back in August and since then I purchased a tower that was to my knowledge a 2000, however when I spoke to Ken I found out that is way much older and not compatible with internet amongst other things. Sadly I had purchased internet and now had a computer which was not even compatible. I was at my wits end! Ken warm heartedly offered to find me a tower at a reasonable price and this he had, as well as setting the whole thing up for me, so that when my stepfather picked them up it was all ready to go. It arrived at my house about a week or so later it was all set up so that I can get onto the internet and with all the programs I needed. Ken not only found me a decent trust worthy tower, but he freely offered to find me other items I would need cause I really don’t know what I am doing.. lol. Other items such as a video card (something like) and two sets of head/mic headphones for me AND my mother and a 100f ethernet cable so my son can play his XboxLive in his room. Two different sized ethernet cables and router which he programmed before it was sent out of Barrie. He's a genius at computers and accessories! Now if this werent enough, while I waited for my computer and accessories to arrive Ken helped me through TeamViewer to fix my mothers BUSINESS laptop! which took hours! When my computer arrived Ken helped me by phone to set up all that was needed to get started and came onto my computer through teamviewer right away to make sure all was running smoothly. I have never known or met a sole person on this planet that does what Ken does!! I would recommend Ken over any store/shop/person out there! I would only trust my computer with someone who I can trust my life with and Ken is that sole and only person I would ever want fixing/touching my computer! in about or over 6 years now.
Thank God for Ken cause I live in the middle of no where now and there isnt a computer tech or at least one who 'really' has knowledge of what their doing. Due to the fact I couldnt physically bring Ken my tower back in August I brought it to someone else who I was referred too by a family member. They took the tower apart and it even looked like there was pieces missing.
I couldnt believe it!!
and that darn guy gave it back to me with all the guts of the tower disconnected and hanging everywhere!
This is why I never trusted and will never trust anyone else with my computer/tower and now.. even all the accessories!
If anyone wants someone who they can trust fully and get the job done right the first time....
call Ken..(MrAmericanada).. The Computer Doctor!.
.lol..dont be a fool like me and 'just' give someone a shot at doing surgery on your computer cause the heart might be stolen!
