If for some reason things go haywire simply reset the modem and start again for that matter if you haven't reset the modem do so now as a test. On the bottom side of the modem there is a tiny hole where the reset switch is located.Use either a paper clip or a ball point pen to push and hold the button four at least 4 seconds but not longer than 8 seconds.This will reset the modem back to default settings allowing you to access.http://192.168.2.1 System Summary
